My beloved stamps...I have been cleaning. And there are way too many that have not been loved in a very long time. Some of them have never been loved. Some of them are stained, all are mounted, and all are used, for the sake of "new" vs. "used". K? I have dogs, but I don't smoke, so my stuff won't smell. They are very well priced, just for you! Will you love them? If so, read on!
If you are interested in anything on the list, please email me at shannanteubner@yahoo.com. I accept Paypal and money orders, but really prefer Paypal. (You don't have to have an account to use it, I can invoice you and you can use a credit card or debit card without me seeing your info.) My paypal address is steubner@pbminc.com.
In the United States, shipping will be $2.50 for the first two sets, and .50 for each additional set. I can also ship Priority if you would prefer, and the cost for that is the actual cost from USPS. I am not responsible for stuff once it leaves my hands, so if you'd like insurance, please let me know if you'd like to add it to your shipping cost.
This list will stay active for 1 week, then all will be packed up and sold as a lot, or traded. Thanks for looking!

What time is it? Party Time!
I totally apologize for the High School Musical reference, I don't know what came over me.I am so happy to share this with you!! This is a card I made this weekend before I got sick, and I love love love it!!
What's so special about it? Well, it's a sample for a sketch challenge! Do you love Verve Stamps? Wanna be our Honored Guest? Well, here's your chance!! You can read all about it on the Verve Blog HERE. <---CLICK
This was a really simple card to make. I started with a piece of Cool Caribbean cardstock and stamped stars of different sizes randomly all over it in Chocolate Chip Craft ink. That was layered onto my Chocolate Chip card base. Then I stamped the Happy Birthday (from Fancy Florals) onto White Cardstock, first in Cool Caribbean ink, then with Chocolate Chip Craft for a raised look. I matted that piece onto Chocolate Chip cardstock, then onto a larger piece of Caribbean, with piercing along the top & bottom. I made sure the Caribbean square and the white diamond were the same size (2.5" square I think), so neither one would overpower the other. I layered a Chocolate Chip panel across the Caribbean patterned piece, did some faux stitching freehand with my White Glaze Pen, and then layered on the white and Caribbean pieces. For the top left corner, I punched out 2 strips with my Word Window punch, faux stitched around them, and adhered them to my card. The final touch was 6 tiny Swarovski crystals for some bling.
Thanks for all your well wishes and get well vibes! I still have a nasty cough and very sore throat, but the fever is gone, so that's great!! I feel so much better without that. Hopefully I'm on my way back to the land of the living! *wink*

Mi struggo e mi tormento! O Dio, vorrei morir!
From O mio babbino caro (Gianni Schicchi - an opera by Puccini). English Translation: I fret and suffer torments! Oh God, I would rather die.
Sorry, that's the only way to explain it. See, I've never had the flu before. My hubby came home with it on Sunday morning, oldest son woke up with it on Monday morning. Then I came home Monday, lay down for a bit, and woke up with fever. Nice.
So now I feel like I've been hit with a baseball bat.
Just wanted to check in with you...no stamping today since I spent most of the day in bed, but I *should* have something tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow, Em from Stamping Bella is releasing a brand new line, and to celebrate, we're having a Pajama Party over in the Bella Forum! There will be challenges, prizes, and maybe even some specials to celebrate!! Trust me when I say, you don't wanna miss this!! You can join all the fun here.
Have a great Tuesday!

At last, my love has come along...My lonely days are over, and life is like a song...
I love that song by Etta James, don't you? It was our recessional at our wedding...fun, huh? We tried to make it as unique as possible, especially with the music. We're weird like that. *wink*So anyway, I finally got my Be Mine set inked all up, and I thought it would be just perfect for this awesome sketch that Cindy gave us this week! You can see the sketch here. It's great for those primas we've all been hoarding, um, I mean, collecting. Right? Oh! And I found out something great! See how that coral prima matches my coral cardstock so perfectly? I colored it with a Copic marker! It didn't pill or tear the flower, and didn't smear when I glued it down. I was afraid if I used a dye ink marker it would transfer the color through the top white prima. The brown one also had this weird greenish tint to it, so I went over that one with a Copic that matches Chocolate Chip, and it took that nasty iridescent green away! YAY! I am so excited!
So this card is really simple, I stamped the heart shaped candy box onto Georgia Pacific White cardstock with Brilliance Graphite Black ink, heat set it with my heat gun, and colored it with Copics. I matted the white panel with a tiny border of Chocolate Chip, then onto my larger Cameo Coral panel. One of my favorite color combos this season is Blush Blossom, Cameo Coral, and Chocolate Chip. So soft and pretty! Anyway, I scalloped the side of the coral piece with my corner rounder, then sponged around the edges to make it a little softer.
The blush layer is sponged also, and the sentiment is stamped in Chocolate Chip ink. I glued my Primas all together, added the Cappuccino Baubles with Diamond glaze, and then glued them down with Dimensionals. Then I layered all that onto my Papertrey White card base, and added the last 2 baubles in the top left and bottom right corners. Super easy!
I hope you guys have a fabulous Monday...I'll be back with more fun projects soon!!

This Little Light of Mine....I'm Gonna Let it Shine...
Sorry, I couldn't help that one. I'll try to keep the children's songs to a minimum. *wink*I finally got a chance to just PLAY today, and finally inked up my Swirly Stars set from Verve. I love these stamps!! My alcohol inks haven't seen daylight in a while, and I thought they'd go great with this set.
It's such a fun technique, and so easy to do! I made kind of a mess since I'm out of the felt thingies that go on my applicator thingie, so I used a cotton ball. My middle finger and thumb are a nice shade of Butterscotch, but it's the sacrifice I made for my art. *grin*
I pounced my little cotton ball inked with Cranberry & Butterscotch alcohol inks (by Ranger) all over my piece of glossy cardstock, then stamped the stars in different sizes randomly on the page in Black Stazon. Then I just threaded the ribbon through the sides of the oval & tied it around in a little knot. So simple!
I have a few other things to show you over the next few days, including a new MFT Sketch tomorrow and more Verve stuff, so stay tuned! Hope you had a great weekend!
Stamps: Swirly Stars (Verve Visual)
Paper: Basic Black, GP White, Glossy Cardstock
Ink: Stazon Black

Good Times and Bum Times, I've seen 'em all my dear...And I'm still here
Seriously? Has it been a week since I last posted? I am a bad, bad blogger! I'm so sorry! So I'm back now with this week's Sketch for You to Try. It's a fun one...and even though I had to fight myself (I really wanted to pull that ribbon DOWN), I stuck with it! And I'm pretty happy with the result. A quick, clean, and easy card. *wink*
Last night I dug through my box of pre-stamped images for something that would fit the sketch, and found these bees from AJ...perfect! She stamped them on Shimmer paper, so I colored them with classic inks and a blender pen and added some Diamond Stickles for a little extra bling. The colors came from a scrap of this striped paper from last year's Friends and Flowers Simply Scrappin Kit...yes, a scrap!
I spent lotsa time last weekend organizing my scraps. I had patterned paper and cardstock all mixed together...what a MESS! I've separated them all, put scraps of cardstock together in a ziploc baggie, then put them in a bin in order of how often I use the colors. You guys would not BELIEVE the amount of Chocolate Chip scraps I have. I could probably make 2 full packs of cardstock with all of them. UGH. Right now, the patterned paper is just in a big stack on top of my desk, and this one happened to be on top! *grin*
The next three weeks will be pretty hairy, but I am sooo gonna need some stamping therapy, so hopefully I'll have stuff to post often! I'm getting ready to go out of town for work in Feb, and then be home for 1 day, then away to CHA!!!! WOO HOO!!! I cannot wait!!! And yes, I will be carrying my camera and computer and will be blogging from CHA to give you all the scoop!
Have a happy Saturday and I'll see ya back tomorrow with some more goodies! Don't forget to visit Susan and Carole to see what they did with this week's sketch.

Sunny Days, Sweepin the Clouds Away...
Sorry, I have NO IDEA why the Sesame Street song emerged today. I'll do my best to keep that from happening again.Today was Celebrate MFT Day, which is the 20th of every month. Why the 20th? Well, if you ordered at the release, you probably have them in your hot little hands and are ready to ink 'em up!. This date does not conflict with MFT or other companies release dates. It's just a day to have fun and get busy with any of your MFT stamps!!
This is a project I made a couple of weeks ago using the Happy Occasions Set. Using another Chinese takeout box as a template, I made my own version out of Kraft paper, stamped the "happy" stamp in Stampin Up Craft White, and created a little tag to match. I used some digi-paper printed on thin watercolor paper, stamped the Happy stamp in Versamark and embossed in clear ep. Then I positioned the heart where it would cover "Happy" and did an emboss resist with it. Basically, I stamped it on top and wiped away the ink from the embossing powder. Fun, huh?
I think I may do an easier version (maybe a 2,4,6,8 box?) of this for Caleb's class for V-day... wish me luck in fitting that into my schedule! *wink*
I've been working hard getting some stuff ready to submit for publication...so if I'm not around, I'm burnin the midnight oil in my stamp room! Wish me luck!

Race you to the top of the morning, Come sit on my shoulders and ride
Happy Saturday! I got some happy mail yesterday...new stamps from Em at Stamping Bella! This cutie pie is Penelope with Prezzies...she's so strange and akward I could just eat her up! How about you?So here's my interesting card for Jen's Sketch for You to Try this week. I love all the elements, but together? I'm not so sure. It's a little bit country, a little bit rock & roll.
Some of you guys wonder the thought process behind coming up with a title for my posts. Well, I'll share, but you gotta follow me, k? Usually as I'm making a card, I'm singing a song. Not out loud but in my head (cause the boys are sleeping). But the song comes from something on the card. Tonight I was singing the Secret Garden. Why? Well, because Penelope sounds like a British name to me. No? And when I had the Secret Garden Soundtrack (no idea where it is now), it was from the Original London Cast. They all had accents. So the man (what was his name who owned the house?) popped into my head singing the song about the dragon to Colin. It's a beautiful song (probably the most touching in the whole show)...you can see the whole thing here if you care to. And there you have the lyric for the title of the post!
Are you bored yet? Or do you do what I do and just skim and look at the pictures? *wink*
I'll leave you with the recipe for my strange and interesting card, but don't forget to check out what awesome things Carole & Susan have done with this week's sketch. If you upload to SCS, please put SFYTT in the keywords so we can look at all your awesome creations! Have a great weekend!

Rollin with the Homies
As soon as I saw this stamp from Gina K's new Tickle Your Funny Bone set I cracked up!! It's called "You Know You're Old When" and it's hilarious. The inside of this card reads:
"Getting lucky means you found your car in the parking lot."
Ok. Now. I AM NOT OLD.
But sometimes, I lose my car.
Don't you??
Anyway, I digress.
I've been practicing my Copic marker coloring and I am quite proud of this image!! After I colored it, I covered the car & windows with Diamond Glaze to make them shine. It's a very simple and quick card (measuring 4 1/4 square) that I can't wait to give on the next birthday!!
Hope yall have a great Friday...and make sure you check out the Verve Blog for my project today!

Well All Right, Okay, You Win!
Yall had me cracking up reading your guesses, and as most of you guessed, I usually "sing a song" for my blog title. Why? Well, I haven't always done it, but did it a few times and Charmaine (who's a total music person too) said "Don't stop singing!" So I didn't. It's fun to me to see how many unique titles from song lyrics I can come up with. I have a rather diverse repertoire...from German and Italian opera to hip hop, dance, show tunes, and country. I like a little mix of everything. I am constantly singing...so why not sing here too? Would yall like me to start telling you what song I'm singing and who it's by? LMK.
Ok, so here are the winners!!!

all your blog titles are songs. And I didn't even have to look at everyone elses answers to know that. :::snap:::!

I think that I'm #109. You always either use song lyrics for your titles or a take off on song lyrics. I love that since I love music, too. Love your blog. You're so much fun! Thanks for sharing.

Ladies, please email me your snail mail addy and I'll send your stamps out to ya!
Oh, and by the way, the "Bag Lady" post is from a song...it's Eryka Badu. *grin*

If My Heart Had Wings, I would Fly to You
ETA: OK Guys! The winners have been chosen! You can check them out here. Thanks to all who played and read daily! I heart you all!!I made this card with the Heart to Heart set, a new release from Verve Visual. When I saw these hearts, I wanted to try to make them into a butterfly. What is it with Julee's stamps and me turning them into insects? *grin* I also thought I could use Beate's Weekend Sketch since I haven't been able to do it in a while.
This Crate Paper from the Cowgirl collection was calling my name, but I couldn't find a brown cardstock to match. I pulled out some Kraft paper and it coordinated perfectly! The sentiment is stamped in Ruby Red...don't you love that font? I also stamped a row of hearts across the left side. That stamp is from the Wild Thing set.
To make the butterfly, I cut out 2 hearts stamped in Soft Sky on the same color, cut off the points, and scored them to fold upward. I also liked the way the distressed edge looked. The "body" is a stamp from Thoughtful Phrases and then punched out with my Word Window Punch.
So...I mentioned blog candy! Wanna see what you're playing for?
Yep, you see it right! I have one Wild Thing set and one Heart to Heart set to give away!
Since I passed 45,000 hits (HOLY MACKEREL!!) I can't do it to celebrate, so I'll do it just cause.
What do you have to do to win? Not much! I do have a question for you to answer.
I do one thing on every single blog post. What is it? There's something identical about all of them! Just leave me a comment guessing what it is, and I will randomly draw 2 names and post the winners on Thursday, January 17th.
Happy guessing!
Oh, and don't forget to leave me your email and number your post! Thanks!!

Bag Lady, You gonna hurt your back...
How much do you love this stamp from My Favorite Things? I love these girls!! They are just too cute with all their bags and their dresses and their heels. Love it.This is my sample card for this weeks MFT Sketch Challenge #13. Cindy really outdid herself with this one!
I dug through my already stamped images (does anyone else have a box full of those or am I a wierdo?) and found this one from forever ago. I watercolored them with my waterbrush & reinkers (Saffron, Real Red, Cool Caribbean, Tempting Turqouise, Soft Sky, Close to Cocoa). I cut the circle layers with my Creative Memories Cutting System, which I don't use very often but I'm glad I have!
My card base measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". The Barely Banana layer with the black photo corners is popped up just a little on foam mounting tape, and I stamped the flower swirly image from Behind the Scenes on the White panel. All 4 photo corners are punched with my EK Success Photo Corner punch, and I punched a hole in my circle panel to bring the ribbon through. I found this to be a fabulous trick when I wanted ribbon but didn't have enough room for a knot and an image panel. To finish it off I added some primas with a Bauble in the middle and some doodling with my White Glaze Pen.
Sooo....I've got some really awesome blog candy, so be on the lookout tomorrow! You're really gonna want to see it! Have a great day!
Stamps: Say Charge, Behind the Scenes
Paper: Cool Caribbean, Basic Black, Barely Banana, Papertrey White, Watercolor Paper
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, So Saffron
Accessories: Waterbrush & Reinkers, Sakura White & Clear Glaze Pens, Photo Corner Punch, Primas, Bauble, Diamond Glaze, Pop Dots, Wide Grosgrain Ribbon, CM Cutting System
What the World Needs Now is Love Sweet Love
So it's time for a little Valentine! Sort of. I got my Basic Grey Two Scoops paper the other day and wanted to play tonight! It's just beautiful. I can't wait to get the brads to match!I inked up Garden Whimsy with my Cameo Coral & Old Olive markers, and then masked the tulip and stamped it twice more. Then I rubbed stickles lightly over the image to make it sparkle.
All the edges are sponged with Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip ink, and guess what!! I found out that Joy and Daisy at eP are carrying my beloved Jumbo Sponge Daubers! I've collected like 6 of these now...I love love love them! You can find them here.
In other news, I was tagged by Dawn, and since I have a second, you get to hear 7 random things about me!
1. I love to take naps. What mom doesn't?
2. Although I used to be a hair stylist, my husband and boys are always the shaggy haired ones. It's like the shoemaker's children with no shoes.
3. I like to sleep with really heavy blankets. Not heavy like hot, but literally heavy. It's when I'm most comfy.
4. I can type 60 wpm. Go me!
5. I wanted to be an English Teacher or a Broadway Star when I was a kid. My high school English teachers talked me out of that one.
6. I could never be a Broadway Star because I absolutely positively cannot dance.
7. I took piano lessons from the time I was 4 years old. My first teacher's name was Sally Scales. No joke!
I'm going to opt out of tagging anyone else...so just feel free to play along if you want!

Raindrops on Roses and Whiskers on Kittens
ETA: This card measures 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" square. I meant to put that but forgot! :)
What took me so long to play with Bella Baby? OMG! I've had her for a while and this is the first time she's seen ink. What was I thinking?? OMG. She is soooo much fun.
I laughed this morning when I saw Jen's sample for her Sketch for You to Try this week...cause she made a baby card too!! And I'm guilty as charged...no one to give this to. This sketch is definitely one I'll do again, since it's perfect for adding embellishments, like my beloved BAUBLES!! Man I love those things.
Anyway, I watercolored Baby with reinkers and my waterbrush. I used a teeny tiny brush for the rug...dude that was hard! I love this color combo though. I had intended to use Celery instead of Banana, but the ducky needed some yellow, don't you think? You can't really tell in the photo, but the tub is covered with Diamond Glaze, and the bubbles are hilighted with Diamond Stickles for some sparkle. It's such a fun look in real life!
The sentiment is from the Verve Visual set Family Phrases, which I love. These are perfect little sentiments to not overpower your main image, and they're so unique and original. You know I love a good original sentiment...which you'll see more of in the days and weeks to come! *wink*
The paper piercing and Baubles added just the right touch...and of course my favorite May Arts ribbon EVER, which I bought a roll of when Recollections announced they were closing. I can't live without it. It's so sparkly, and it matches Groovy Guava perfectly!!
Anyway, sorry I gushed today, I just love this card and it incorporates some of my very favorite things in my stamp room. I hope you like it!!
Make sure you check out Jen's, Carole's, and Susan's blog for their take on this sketch!

Let's start at the very beginning...a very good place to start...
This is the very first card I made when I got my January Design Team kit from Verve...I love this card. I had just gotten the large star punch from Stampin Up, and I wanted to see how it fit with the stars in the sets so I could tell all you lovely people!I love this Crate paper that Julee sent...I just love the texture of it. I really love patterned paper (who doesn't), but I especially enjoy patterned paper that is watercolor texture. It makes me happy.
See how the star is layered with just a tiny mat? It was so super easy! I punched the striped star out of the Crate paper with the Large Star Punch from SU. The Chocolate Chip piece behind it is actually the largest star from Polka Stars. I cut it out (by hand but it was easy) and found that it was a perfect 1/16" mat for the punched star. Cool huh? Then I made it a button by punching 2 little holes and tying a ribbon through.
I loved that this card turned out rather gender neutral. Wouldn't it make such a fabulous graduation card? I thought so anyway. *grin*
I hope you're having a fabulous Friday! Stay tuned for a Sketch for you to Try tomorrow!

Old MacDonald Had a Farm, E-I-E-I-O
Here's a card I made yesterday when I was playing with my Punny Farm set. I love these piggies! As a matter of fact, all the animals in this set are begging to be masked. I stamped them on watercolor paper and colored them with reinkers & a waterbrush. Love the mud on their backs!!The bottom of this card is something I really love. I started out with the scallops, then added the holes to look like eyelet lace. The twine was a last minute touch, and I really think it makes the card. How about you?
I also love this sentiment...it makes me smile.
I hope yall are having an amazing day...see you tomorrow for Jen's Sketch for You to Try!

Wild Thing I Think I Love You...
I wanted to show yall another project I finished up over the weekend...this little box is just the cutest! I made it to put something little in for Josh for Valentine's Day, and I'm so stinkin happy with how it turned out.The color palette is from the Cosmo Cricket Wanted collection, which is absolutely beautiful. Totally boho-western-cowgirl-rustic-ish style. Write it down! A new style! *wink*
I used the same 3x3 box template that I used here, but removed the lid portion and added holes in the side for the handle instead. To finish off the holes, I put in some Antique Brass Jumbo Eyelets and threaded my rope "ribbon" through. I don't use these eyelets a lot, but I really like the look they give when I do use them!
I stamped the top & bottom of the box with the row of hearts from the Wild Thing set, which will be released on Thursday the 10th from Verve. The smaller hearts were stamped in Sage Shadow ink, stamped off once (to remove color and make them lighter) and then stamped on the Vanilla Cardstock for the background. When I stamp randomly like this, I usually just hold my stamp in one position and turn my cardstock around to make the images end up at different angles. It's a whole lot easier than all the contorting of my hand that I used to do! haha
Then the learge heart is stamped in Sage Shadow, and then I stamped the Wild Thing sentiment in Chocolate Chip on top. In a moment of sheer bravery (or stupidity) I acutally cut this stamp apart to make the "You make my heart sing" separate. When I stamped all of it together I lost that last part, and it's my favorite! So I cut it and stamped it all by its lonesome at the bottom. You like?
Well I hope yall have a wonderful day...I'll be back tomorrow with some more MFT stuff and later today with a funny non-stamping story. Hugs to my PSF's!

A Horse is a Horse, of Course, of Course
Here's a peek at what's coming very soon from My Favorite Things! This set (which I looooooooove and is quite possibly my favorite MFT set EVER) is called Punny Farm, and even thought I'm not a farm person, for some reason I totally fell head over heels for these farm animals. This particular horse is colored with prismacolor pencils to look like Nellie, my mom's filly. I knew wanted to keep a rustic feel, since I'll probably send this to my mom, so I picked out this paper by My Mind's Eye Tres Jolie collection to go with it. It really does coordinate in real life...the little crosses in the circles are a perfect match to the Soft Sky paper. I promise! *wink*
A little stitching, distressing, sponging and a few hemp knots and I think it's the perfect "Get well, Cowgirl" card. I hope you like it!!
You'll continue to see more sneak peeks over the next few days, (especially if you search the Splitcoast Gallery for the keyword MFTDT!) and then Kim will be hosting a New Release Cocktail Party on Wednesday night (January 9th) from 9-11 pm EASTERN time. Come prepared to chat and have a ton of fun...these ladies are a blast! The party will be held on the MFT member forum HERE.

How Sweet It Is to be Loved by You...
So it's finally time for the Gina K Designs release...SEVEN new sets!! WOWEE! And not just that, but included in the seven are 1) a new Stamps for a Cause set which benefits Diabetes, 2) a set designed by Gina's daugter Alicia, 3) a set designed by my friend Carolyn King aka Cammie on Splitcoast, and 4) a set designed by Melanie Muenchinger aka melmel on Splitcoast. The other 3 are awesome as well...and you can check them all out here. You'll only see 6 new sets here, and that's because the seventh is FREE when you buy 3 sets! How cool is that?!So enough blabbing, I have to tell you something. When I finished making this first card, I looked at it and thought, "HEY! My mojo came back!" Now what's funny is that I hadn't really thought it was missing, but this card is so much more "ME" than anything I've done lately, and I was really happy about that. Hopefully I can take the time to find "ME" in each and every design from now on...at least I can try! Thanks for stickin with me while I go through my newfound identity crisis. *snicker*
This second card is made with Melanie's set called Just so Hippy. I LOVE this hippo...she was just so fun to color!! In keeping with finding my stamping self, I sewed a funky double border on the paper and added some bling. I forgot how much I loved this Basic Grey Blush paper and it's color palette...hopefully the new Basic Grey Two Scoops will be just as fun!Well I am now off to bed...it's reeeeeeeeeeally late, but I hope you have a great Sunday! And don't forget to check back on Monday for a My Favorite Things sneaky peek!

In the Jungle, the Mighty Jungle, the Lion Sleeps Tonight...
Doesn't Leo look like he's prowling in the jungle? lolOk, so here's my sample for Jen's Sketch for You to Try. I cut the background up yesterday in hopes of greatness but just couldn't make it work for me. Then I remembered this Wild About You set that I just *had* to have...so I dusted him off and gave it a go.
Sorry the pic is a little bright, I had to go outside since it was just too dark in here. So he got a little bit washed out. *wink*
I hope you like this as much as I do! Tomorrow I'll have some more Gina K Samples for you and then a sneak peek from the upcoming releases from My Favorite Things on Monday. Have a great day!
Stamps: Wild About You, Grass by A Muse, Tiger Stripes Backgrounder (CHF)
Paper: Papertrey White, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Close to Cocoa, Certainly Celery, Versafine Onyx Black
Accessories: Black Sakura Glaze Pen, Markers, Offray Ribbon, Dimensionals
I'll be there...
Or here, rather, later today with a sample for Jen's Sketch for you to try. I was having major stamping block yesterday when I tried to do it, and hubby and I have both been down with bronchitis. So I'm going to rest a bit and be back shortly with something fabulous!

This Little Light of Mine, I'm Gonna Let it Shine
Finally it's my turn to tell you about the awesome new Verve stamps!! *wink* I have to tell you...the quality of the clear photopolymer stamps is amazing! This month's release has been so fun to prepare for because these stamps are so much fun to play with. Only 5 more days till you can order them all!!
I was at my LSS the other day and saw these Prima Crystals and immediately thought of this set. I am so thrilled that Julee designed a whole set of Polka Dot stars...love them. I also love that the stars work so well with Stampin Up's new large star punch. It makes my layering soooo much easier.
The weather here has been cold and yucky so I thought I'd bring a bit of Spring to our lives. Could you use some? There's no better color for Spring than my dearly departed Cool Caribbean. I brought her out to use with Pumpkin Pie and Certainly Celery, and finally added a pop of Basic Black.
This sentiment means so much to me...it reminds me of a quote from Akeelah and the Bee where she quotes Marianne Williamson. Are yall ready for total greatness??
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
My sister sent this to me, so when I saw this stamp, I fell in love. I hope you do too!!
Stamps: Polka Stars - Clear, Swirly Stars - Clear(Verve Visual)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, Pumpkin Pie, Cool Caribbean, Certainly Celery (Stampin' Up!)

Accessories: Star Punch (Stampin' Up!), Diamond Stickles, Offray Ribbon, Say it with Crystals (Prima), Corner Rounder (EK Success), Cropadile (We R Memory Keepers)
Let's Hear it for the Boys!!
Oops! No! Girls!!So here's a sneak peek of one of the SEVEN sets being released tomorrow. And this one is soooo me...it's all songs and images to go with them! YAY!
I stamped the girls (that's me and Carole drinking MD2020, by the way) in Versafine Onyx Black, and colored them with my Copic markers. The bracelets are highlighted with my Spica Clear Glitter pen, and the glasses are covered with Diamond Glaze so that they look like glass. So cute!
Tomorrow is the big day...the Gina K Release Party!! It's going to be fun, I can guarantee that. There will be a party thread HERE tomorrow night from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM Central time. I hope you can join us!
Stay tuned tomorrow for more fun stuff including a Sketch for You to Try sample!

She's a Maniac, Maniac, that's for sure!!
So today's the day!! You can now order the new sets Love Ya Lots and Love Ya Much at All that Scraps!! These sets are only $11 each, already trimmed and mounted on EZ Mount, and my favorite part?? Free shipping over $10. Anyone who knows me knows that I *hate* paying shipping. I know, it's silly. I would rather drive across town to pick something up than pay to have it shipped. It's one of my things. So here are two more cards I made with these fun stamps, this time watercoloring the images with my Niji waterbrush & reinkers. I remember back to my days working in the salon where some of the girls would do a temporary festive color just for Valentine's Day, and thought this cutie pie needed just the same treatment.
The second card was supposed to be using the Color Challenge for this week, but I just couldn't make Real Red work with this image (especially since I had already used Pumpkin Pie for the birdies' beaks). But hey, I tried, right? The sentiment cracks me up every time. It reminds me of the Inside Scrapbooking video that everyone talks about.Ok so it's late but I'll have another post for you tomorrow with a Gina K Sneak Peek!!

Something has changed within me, Something is not the same...
