When all you know seems so far away, and everything is temporary, rest your head...I'm permanent...

Good morning, y'all! How's everyone today? I'm doing great, just getting back into the swing of school, work, and everything in between! This is gonna be a really short post today because I've got a million things to do, so hang on tight!

I can't believe it's already Tuesday again...where did last week go? Anywho, here is this week's sketch from Mercy:

A pretty easy one this week...whew! Thank goodness! And here's my card:

Verve released this set, Believe, in October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. But since I was so sick, I never got to play with it. So I pulled it out and it really spoke to me. I paired it with a couple of patterns from my Basic Grey Nook and Pantry 6x6 pad, sponged, distressed, and faux-stitched, and voila! I also discovered that my Ocean Tides ribbon from PTI matched perfectly. I wish I had the twill for this card, but I only had satin, so I just wrapped it around to keep it simple.
