In your eyes...I see the doorway to a thousand churches...in your eyes...the resolution of all the fruitless searches...

Hey, y'all! I'm baaaack!!!! *giggle* Didja miss me? Seriously, though, I want to say thank you to all of you who emailed, called, commented, or sent me cards this past week. I am so thankful for each and every one of you! MWAH

Ok, so I'm getting back in the groove, starting with this week's Bellariffic Friday Sketch! Here's the sketch from Danabella (a big FAT thank you to Dana for an easy sketch!!):

And here's my VERRRYYY PINK card:

I took my Copics and some stamped images with me out of town to color, so I used this image of Peony Bittybloom (isn't she cute??) that I colored one night while I couldn't sleep at 3 am. Hey, might as well be productive, right? She was stamped in Memento Black on Bella's Bestest Paper, then I cut and embossed the image with Oval Nestabilities. I decided to do something different, so instead of layering on another oval, I cut and embossed a piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock with a Labels Four die and popped the main image up on top of it. For the base layers, I cut a piece of Bo Bunny Tutu Dot paper and sponged the edges with Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip ink, then matted it with Chocolate Chip. I cut a 1" strip of Chocolate Chip cardstock for the bottom and punched the edge with the Dotted Scallop Edger Punch from EK Success. Once that was adhered to my white card base, I wrapped a strip of 5/8" white grosgrain ribbon around the card and tied a cute little bow. To finish off my card, I added some Diamond Stickles to the image to make her sparkle!

Well, that's about it for me today...don't forget to check out this week's eye candy from the other Babes and the Sistahood on Em's Blog. Have a wonderful weekend!
