Peek a Boo! I see you!

ETA: Josh's fever is gone and has been normal all night. We've talked to the Dr. this morning and we're hopefully getting an MRI within the next 24 hrs. Believe me, if it goes up again, he doesn't have a choice! But because he works in an ER, he is the WORST patient ever. Love ya, honey, if you're reading this. ;) MWAH. You better be laying down.

I learned something about myself the other day when I made this card. I don't have much patience. I was trying to color this awesome Penny Black stamp with markers & man was it a pain!!! I got soooo tired of it about halfway through, but then I was committed, so I had to finish. I love how it turned out, but I don't know if I'll do it that way again!

I really intended to do one of the challenges from last week (I even have a page of them all together printed out!!), but it just didn't happen. I still like how this turned out though!

It's pretty simple, and the idea of the photo corners behind the image is thanks to Julee's genius mind!

So we haven't had the MRI yet, but we haven't been back to the ER, which is progress. Except for the fact that he now has fever, and he thinks he's getting pneumonia. Fabulous. One way or another, we're getting the MRI this week...even if I have to do it myself!! ;)

I promise I'll try to keep you posted, I've just been really really tired. Thanks to all of you who checked in with me over the last few days...yall are the best pretend friends a girl could ask for!

Stamps: Penny Black Wreath, Winter Wonder (Verve Visual)
Cardstock: Bravo Burgundy, Old Olive, Basic Black, Very Vanilla
Ink: River Rock, Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, Versafine Onyx Black

Shannan, ok, I know its none of my business, but if he is getting no better, and is running fever and feeling like he is getting pneumonia, that is not a good sign. I don't mean to scare you, but from the sounds of it, things might have progressed from his leg, to a systemic thing, meaning "all over the body". This could be a serious thing. You should IMMEDIATELY contact your family physician, or at least call the ER or triage line at your local hospital. Forgive me for butting in, I have been a nurse for eleven years, and it sounds like it may be serious.

Shannon, I agree with Tammy...get him to the emergency room NOW...and don't let him leave until they find out what is going on. There is something wrong and it needs to be pin-pionted...

Your card is lovely...now GO!
