Anywho, I can't believe it's already time for another Bellariffic Friday, can you? This week's challenge was to create a Fall or Halloween card. Turns out, I only have one Halloween stamp from Bella, so I didn't have to waste too much time trying to decide on an image. I think I need to remedy that, don't you? Ok, enough blabbing, here's my card:
This card was so easy to make. I spent more time coloring than anything else! But what else is new...anyway, I stamped Little Witchy in Brilliance Graphite Black onto Bella's Bestest Paper, then colored her with Prismacolor pencils and Odorless Mineral Spirits. Then I cut and embossed the image and a black scalloped mat with Oval Nestabilities.
Next I decided to create a patterned paper using the Spoooooky sentiment, so I cut a piece of Kraft cardstock and stamped the word repeatedly in Memento Tuxedo Black. I used my Stampamajig to line them all up just right, and then I swiped the ink pad along the edges to make them stand out against the white card base. I adhered it to the card base on an angle. Then I cut a 2" strip of Orange Citrus Double Dot paper from Bo Bunny and punched the edge with the EK Success Dotted Scallop edger punch. I adhered that across the bottom part of my card, then tied a piece of 5/8" black twill ribbon around the top edge of the layer. Finally, I popped the main image up on pop dots to give the card a bit of dimension.
