Today's challenge is to be inspired by the Unity Stamps Banner on Splitcoast. Isnt' it the coolest?
I chose Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip, Vanilla, and Kraft paper to get the Unity colors and "feel" for my card. And because of the song I was humming, I knew I wanted to use my Leave a Trail stamp....I love that quote.
I stamped the circles from Circle of Thanks in Turquoise ink onto my Kraft panel, then distressed and stitched around the edges. Then I stamped Leave a Trail on my Vanilla cardstock, and trimmed closely. I added another circle on Chocolate Chip cardstock for the mat, and trimmed around the edges to imitate the Unity logo.
The finished card measures 5.25 square, but due to the hardware (love it!) I probably won't be mailing this puppy! I think this would be a perfect card for so many different situations...graduation, new job, encouragement...just off the top of my head.
Thanks for stopping by today! If you have time to play, please make sure to link it up HERE, and use the keywords UIC05, UNITY. Stay tuned later today for Celebrating MFT Day!! Happy Friday!

This is gorgeous!! I love everything about it!
Love it girlie!! I will be singing that song until 8pm...at which time all songs that are not in "Camp Rock" will be suddenly and mysteriously displaced from my head for a few weeks....sigh.
I love this card! ...and what an AWESOME inspiration piece! I hope to work on this tonight! Thanks for this, Shannan! :)
Oh I love it Shannan! I was hoping my stamps from Unity would arrive today so I could play along...but nope...maybe Monday...lol
I am sure I ordered this sentiment too!
I just love these quote stamps from unity. I have a feeling if you post just one more - I might cave.
Giggle.
Have a GREAT weekend.
