I was just bursting at the seams on Wednesday when Colleen emailed me and asked me if she could feature me on her blog! How cool is that?! You can read about it on her amazing blog: Distinctive Touches.
I also finally did some stamping last night! I used the SCS Color Challenge and Colleen's Thursday Throwdown Sketch. I stamped and cut out both pieces of the Baroque Motifs set, layered it on Pretty In Pink, Chocolate Chip, and Paper Accents Pearlized White Paper. I punched all corners with my ticket corner punch, and added a new Circle Brad from Stampin Up's new Fire & Ice collection of rhinestone brads. I cut the olive and chocolate pieces, pierced them around the edges, and did some faux stitching with a Signo Gel Pen. Then I stamped the word "kind" in Chocolate Chip ink. I sponged all the pieces with Chocolate Chip and also used it to stamp the swirl on my Pretty In Pink card base.
I'm having paper trimmer issues, and I've got an ATC Swap due very soon so wish me luck before I throw this thing out the door. But...watch for some blog candy tomorrow!
